I created this simple Visual Studio Code Theme to understand how themes work in VS Code which I use all the time. You can find and install it on your editor under the extensions tab of your Visual Studio Code. It will provide greenish theme (Bytecare theme) to your Visual Studio Code.
This package provides easy way to add google translate plugin in your django templates. Although this is easy to implement on site itself but I decided to build a package to add it. If your project needs to have multiple languages and if you dont want to manage .po files then you can use it.
This was the time where I got fascinated by websites and mobile apps, I wanted to learn both but I sticked to learning HTML, CSS and JavaScript first from W3School, Freecodecamp & Udemy. I also explored Python and started building small projects with what I learnt.
I passed my secondary education from Motherland Secondary English Boarding School. Then in the 3 months holiday, I focused learning to program even more, continued building several small projects and I was starting to feel comfortable with web devevlopment. I then studied Science in +2 from Sukuna Mavi.
NayaKinmel was the online marketplace for clasified ad listing site. I built it using Django and is one of the major project I built that time. It included features like posting ad of 50+ items, authentication, user dashboard and more. Later on I showcased it to several IT exhbition and even got listed to Top 5 Rising students projects 2019 by ICT Award which is one of the biggest tech award program in Nepal.
I got to know about Flutter and how we can use it to build both android and ios app so I started learning Flutter because I wanted to build few apps that I wanted. During that time, I built apps like Magic of Words, Heritage of Words which now have more than thousands of downloads by +2 students.
I built a small static site for one of the printing business which was in my locality. I felt really great that time, I also earned money for the first time. Later on I would work and build projects for several other clients, and the projects I built earlier when I was learning helped me a lot in the process.
Glocal Teen Hero is a platform that is exclusively for the teenagers that recognize their initiation, creativity and enthusiasm so as to empower them. I also got selected into Glocal's 20under20 and later on GTH 2019 for my works and I got to make friends with several like minded friends, network with various people, met people from Coca Cola, Wai Wai, Chaudary Group, Embassies and more. I feel really grateful that I could be a part of it.
I was invited and got to talk about favorable environment for innovation & creativity plus about opportunities & equal treatment for young people along with Samriddhi Rai di, Shristi Kc di & Bhrikuti Rai di at Rastriya Sabha Griya on the 74th UN day.
I wrote and published few articles about app development with Flutter on Living With ICT Magazine of Nepal. It was a new experience for me too and I loved the process.
I received an appreciation award as GTH 2019 by Computer Association Nepal (CAN) InfoTech Mela 2020 here at my hometown Itahari.
I worked as Django Backend developer on an Australian company called Infynitee. Later on I also worked in Frontend development using Vue Nuxt in the company. There I learned to work in a team and understood how big projects are developed in an IT Company.
During this time, I provided several workshops & training session on topic like Django, App & Web Development. I also taught a 3 months long Frontend Web Development course at CPN Biratchowk.
I wanted to start my own IT company as I was working with several clients projects that time and I needed to be professional and that's when I started Bytecare Technology. In coming days, I will build products & services that will help empower Nepali MSMEs and contribute in the Digital Nepal vision.
We built Karobar app for Nepali MSMEs from where they can keep track of their accounting & inventory. Currently it is being used by more than 30,000 users in Nepal. It is free, simple & easy to use plus we are working to add accounting & billing feature in the coming future so that we can help maximum Nepali SMB's with it.
I am currently studying Hons. Bachelor in Information Technology (BIT) in the first year at Itahari International College.
